A booking is confirmed once the required deposit is paid. Full payment must be made before the event. All fees are non-transferable and subject to applicable taxes.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if any) depend on notice period and expenses already incurred.
Clients must provide accurate event details, necessary permits (unless agreed otherwise), and ensure guest and vendor conduct.
We aim to deliver services as agreed. However, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, government restrictions).
Sinu Events Hub Limited is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during events except in cases of proven negligence. Clients are encouraged to arrange event insurance.
Event concepts, designs, and materials created by us remain our property and may not be used without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
